A quick explanation for beginners
Paid To Surf – This means that you sign up and download a ad bar which, when you sign in will sit somewhere on your screen. You will receive points for keeping this ad bar active. Some require you to run your curser across it every so often, others require to you click on adverts every so often.
These can be good to get you earning, and although you won’t make loads from just have the bar active it can be a nice little booster to your online earnings.
I’ve had a really hard time finding any Paid to Surf programs as all the companies seem to be closing. So please make good use of the ones below.

Lisa’s Opinion: Yes I know it’s in French! However it’s the highest paying one that I’ve come across so far and it requires the least amount of effort. The site does have an English version but it doesn’t seem to work for me (I have e-mailed them about it) and the bar is in English, except for the ads. If you understand just a little french (as I do) I’m sure you can figure out enough to get by with this site or you can look for a translator via a search engine, I found a free trial version of Babylon which I find very useful.
